Billing:

We use paypal for our online transactions. The billing address you provide for credit card transactions must match that of your credit card. Once the credit card transaction has been successfully completed most orders are shipped out 72 hours later to allow time for order changes and cancellations. We recommend that you print the page with the details of your order and the confirmation page that provides you with an invoice number. Your purchase will also be confirmed via email. By purchasing, you agree that all details you provide to "The Pumpkin and the Cauldron" for the purpose of ordering/purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit/debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. 

Mail Ordering: If you are  interested  in purchasing our products by mail please email us and we will email back to you an order form. We don't have a catalog because of the frequency of our products changing. 

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any transaction.

Sales Taxes:

The Pumpkin and the Cauldron is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Missouri .

Shipping:

The Pumpkin and the Cauldron’s online shop uses a flat rate for shipping for continental U.S. and it is as followed :

For international orders please contact us via E-mail or phone first because the shipping rate will be different!

We only accept U.S.A. cash, PayPal, or a U.S. Post office money orders as forms of payment. We will take personal checks, but please allow 14 days for the check to clear before your order is shipped. The Pumpkin and the Cauldron uses a flat rate for shipping. The shipping charge is used to pay for the delivery of the products to the customer, the costs of packaging the products correctly, and the labor, time, and other expenses caught up in getting the item to the customer. All orders are  packed in plain brown boxes to provide you with discreetness. We try to reuse old boxes, wrap, and packaging peanuts to keep shipping costs down and to help out the planet. We ship by UPS and US Postal Service. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or mark the packages to be left at door because of risk of fraud or theft. We only ship inside the U.S.A. Possible international shipping can be arranged but please email or call us first. PLEASE contact the package deliverer you choose for special requests. Priority Mail usually gets you your order anywhere from 4 to 14 business days after you place your order but it has taken as long as 30 days to some places when the package is uninsured or unregistered. Please let us know if you want shipping insurance or other services before you buy so we can send you an invoice with those items on it. If a package is returned to us because you entered an incorrect address or it was unclaimed by you, you will have to  pay shipping and handling fees in order for us to reship it to your correct address. If you choose not to have it reshipped, you will be refunded the total amount minus the original shipping costs. 

Back orders:

If an item in your order is back ordered and it will take a few weeks to obtain the item, you will be notified and given the option of a refund of that item or to have item shipped ASAP.

Return Policy and Order Cancellation:

We inspect every item sent out to be of the best quality! We will all we can to make you satisfied. If your item is somehow defective or is not what you ordered, you can request a refund by the same method you paid with. All orders must be checked within 24 hours of receipt so that any discrepancies may be addressed. You must email us within seven (7) days of receiving the order explaining the situation. After we communicate, in most situations it will be a requirement that the items are returned to us prior to a refund. Customer assumes all shipping charges for returns. All products must be returned in original packaging, unopened, and in a resellable condition. We cannot accept returns on any herbal smoke products, oils, bath salts, soaps, or any other personal items like such because under law it is a health risk to others. Partially used products or opened packages will not be credited unless we have approved the return of the item. If you have accidentally order something please let us know as quickly as possible! No returns after we have shipped the item out if you accidentally ordered the item. We inspect every item sent out to insure maximum quality! We are not responsible for any damage that may occur in the shipping and handling process. We can offer shipping insurance if you so choose to pay for the service.  One week after receiving the order if you return any item other than if it was somehow defective when you recieved the product, there will be a 20% restocking fee and the remainder will be refunded.  Returns need to have return authorization code printed on the outside of the package. Returns are normally processed within 2 days after we receive the package. Due to the always changing prices of the trade market, all returned items will be refunded the price paid by the customer and not the price on our website. If you pay for your order then decide to cancel it before we send it out there will be a flat rate $5.00 cancellation fee to cover our transaction costs and handling. We can not cancel orders after they have been shipped. Customer assumes all shipping charges for returns. Free samples that we sometimes include in orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for another product. Coupons and discounts are not redeemable for cash.

Privacy Policy:

We won't buy, sell, rent, lease, trade or give away your personal information including email or postal mail address with anyone. We don't send out spam. Any email sent that you receive from us will only be to notify you of new or sale items we have, or to send you an order confirmation. This links on this site are not affiliated with The Pumpkin and the Cauldron but we thought you might enjoy them! The links are owned and operated by other parties. We are not responsible for the operation of, or the content located on or through any such site, or information collected by such sites. We are not responsible for the content of sites that we have a link to on our site. At the time of posting them on The Pumpkin and the Cauldron site they all worked correctly and were tested clean.

Typographical errors:
In some kind of event that an item is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, even if such orders have been confirmed and your payment sent. If your payment has already been successfully completed, we will return the charge to you promptly.

DISCLAIMER:

The buyer understands that all The Pumpkin and the Cauldron plant products are offered for specimen collection, historical and scientific purposes, as an incense, for smudging,  or use in religious rituals only and that these products are not intended for human consumption. The other products on this Web site are sold for magickal purposes only. Herbs and oils are not intended to be a substitute for informed medical advice or care. You should not use these products to diagnose or treat any health problems or illnesses without consulting your pediatrician or family doctor. If you ingest the products found on our website you agree that you are using them at your own risk.

The buyer warrants that he is in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, and is legally able to purchase any of the items or services we offer.
